Sept. 16, 2006 - We held a Living Flag event jointly with the YMCA at their Oakridge facility. There were 48 participants holding their cards of the flag. Others gave patriotic speeches and sang songs.

Channel 13 News covered the event with their helicopter. Air coverage ran every half hour starting about 6 pm. The view from the copter was great. Thanks Ada Rodriguez for putting this together, thanks Keith Landry for arranging the helicopter and thanks Silvia Ibanez for organizing those children with the flag cards.

Everyone had a great time.
